We co-developed an exclusive solar charging system for our campervans together with SHARP (Read more). Paired with alternator charging, it keeps the fridge running throughout your trip and powers the air conditioner in summer or the heater in winter overnight— all without the engine, minimizing the need for external charging to among the lowest in the industry.

1. FIAT DUCATO rentals are available to drivers who have held a valid driver’s license for at least three years. TOYOTA HIACE-based BADEN and Green Buddy campers are available with no such restriction.
2. A refundable deposit of ¥50,000 will be taken with the rental fee to cover any accidental damage. If the vehicle is returned without damage or accidents, the full amount will be refunded when you return the camper.

Interpreter Support in Case of an Accident If you’re involved in an accident, you must contact the insurance company immediately, but most companies provide support only in Japanese. With our service, a multilingual interpreter — available in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, and more — will assist you in a three-way call with your insurance company to ensure smooth and accurate communication.

All bookings are prepaid via credit card using Stripe – a secure, internationally trusted payments platform. The booking is confirmed after payment is made.
Full pre-payment (100%) is required if either of the following applies:

For bookings made more than 2 months in advance with a total rental fee of JPY 400,000 or more, a 25% pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
The remaining 75% of the total rental fee is kindly requested 45 days prior to the departure date.
In the event of a cancellation or a change in the number of rental days, the refundable amount will be determined in accordance with our cancellation policy (The PDF is attached below).

To cover any unexpected damage or accidents, a refundable deposit of ¥50,000 will be collected at the time of vehicle pick-up. This deposit will be fully refunded when the vehicle is returned without damage.

A. Yes. All of our vehicles can be driven with a standard license valid in Japan.
A. Yes – all vehicles, including the FIAT Ducato, have right-hand drive.
A. If you’ve driven a mid-size camper (approx. 5 m long × 2 m wide × 2.8 m high), you should have no problem handling the Ducato (5.41 m long × 2.1 m wide × 2.53 m high).
If not, we recommend BADEN — Japan’s best-selling Hiace-based campervan.
A. FIAT DUCATO rentals are available to drivers who have held a valid driver’s license for at least three years.

A. The FIAT Ducato is front-wheel drive and not recommended for snow. The 4WD BADEN and Green Buddy can be used in snowy conditions, but steep or icy roads, or driving without prior winter experience, can be dangerous and should be avoided.
All vehicles are equipped with snow tires during the winter season.
