1. FIAT DUCATO rentals are available to drivers who have held a valid driver’s license for at least three years. TOYOTA HIACE-based BADEN campers are available with no such restriction.
2. A refundable deposit of ¥50,000 will be taken with the rental fee to cover any accidental damage. If the vehicle is returned without damage or accidents, the full amount will be refunded when you return the camper.

This fee applies when the rental vehicle is damaged in an accident or breakdown during the rental period, causing disruption to our business operations.

Important Notes
To cover any unexpected damage or accidents, a refundable deposit of ¥50,000 will be collected along with your rental fee. This deposit will be fully refunded when the vehicle is returned without damage.
Q. Can I drive with a regular driver’s license?
A. Yes. All of our vehicles can be driven with a standard license valid in Japan.
Q. Are the vehicles right-hand drive?
A. Yes – all vehicles, including the FIAT Ducato, have right-hand drive.
Q. Can I drive the FIAT Ducato if I’ve never driven one before?
A. If you’ve driven a mid-size camper (approx. 5 m long × 2 m wide × 2.8 m high), you should have no problem handling the Ducato (5.41 m long × 2.1 m wide × 2.53 m high). If not, we recommend BADEN — Japan’s best-selling Hiace-based campervan.
Q. Are there any restrictions on renting the FIAT Ducato?
A. FIAT DUCATO rentals are available to drivers who have held a valid driver’s license for at least three years. TOYOTA HIACE-based BADEN campers are available with no such restriction.
Q. Can I drive in Japan with a foreign license?
A. Yes, if you hold either:
● A valid International Driving Permit (IDP) under the Geneva Convention
● OR a valid license issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco, or Taiwan, along with an official Japanese translation (Valid for up to one year from the date of entry into Japan.) ※ You must carry both the original license and the translation when driving in Japan.
Q. How do I pay?
A. Payment is by advance credit card payment via Stripe – a secure global payment platform.
Q. Do you offer vehicle delivery?
A. Yes. Please check “Vehicle Delivery Service” and contact us for details.
Q. What happens if I have an accident?
A. In case of an accident, we provide three-way calling with an English interpreter so you can speak directly with the insurance company. *Please note: Late-night incidents may be handled the following day.
Q. Are bedding and pillows included?
A. Sleeping bags and pillows are available as paid rental options.
Q. Is smoking allowed inside the vehicle?
A. No – all vehicles are strictly non-smoking.
Q. Can I drive in snowy conditions?
A. The FIAT Ducato is front-wheel drive and not recommended for snow. The 4WD BADEN can be used in snowy conditions, but steep or icy roads, or driving without prior winter experience, can be dangerous and should be avoided. All vehicles are equipped with snow tires during the winter season.
